1. System composition
Intelligent paging intercom system, by the host, bed list, telephone, patient extension, corridor display screen, etc.
1. Main machine: high-grade aluminum alloy frame, brushed aluminum panel. LCD display, Chinese menu function display. For patient and medical station paging, intercom and number time display.
2. Bed list: Patient cards for 50 (30, 60, 80, 100) beds can be inserted, and combined lights are used to show the nursing level of patients
3. Bed extension and handle: configured in each bed, you can contact the medical station, call, intercom, listen to music, listen to the radio.
4. Toilet emergency button: the extension can be installed in the appropriate position of the toilet, easy to call patients.
5. Door light: installed at the door of the ward, so that the nurse can find the patient's call in time.
6. Corridor display: Both sides display the time and the call bed number.
7. Patient card: A patient status card inserted into the patient list, including the bed number, patient name, gender, age, diagnosis, check-in time, transfer time, transfer reason, etc.
Series host multi-function display module adopts environmental protection green backlight/digital point three-inch LCD display, simplified Chinese function setting menu, with a variety of setting functions.
2. System function and operation description
(1) Two-way call intercom function
(1). Extension call host: Each bed has an extension and call handle:
When making a call, press the extension or handle call key. After the host receives the signal, the extension status indicator flashes, the host starts to report the number, the phone starts to ring, the bed number corresponding to the patient situation list starts to flash red. At the same time, the corridor display screen and the host bed number display screen show the current reported bed number.
(2). The nurse responds to the patient:
When a patient calls, the nurse lifts the telephone handset and immediately enters the intercom state, at which time the extension status light is long bright. (The order of the answering bed number is automatically sorted by the host according to the patient's condition and the order of the call)
(3). Cancel calls and intercom:
In the intercom state, the nurse hangs up, or the extension presses the call button again to exit the call and intercom. The host and profile display will return to standby or enter the next bed call. (for multiple calls)
(4). Host call extension:
Pick up the active phone and enter the extension number on the active phone. When the called party's extension makes a sound, it indicates that the called party is connected
(5). Reject false calls:
When the call key is pressed for a long time, the host will actively clear the call signal. The extension can resume calling function after the pressure is eliminated.
(2) Host module setting function and setting
2.1 Setting the extension number:
Select the menu to enter the system Settings, then enter the extension Settings, and then use the "scroll up" and "shift" keys to enter the password: 66" Menu "key OK to enter the extension setting screen, use the main phone to enter the two-digit number of the start extension (1-9 should press 01-09, do not enter will start from 01), then press the call button of each extension, the extension will make a" beep "sound, the number is successfully changed. Note: Extension numbers are listed in descending order according to the number you typed. (The system will not reset automatically when changing the operating interface)
2.2 Setting a broadcast extension:
Select the menu to enter the system Settings, and then enter the broadcast Settings: such as: set bed 08 as a broadcast machine, and then delete. 1. Add: Select set radio, then enter Add radio, then use the main phone to type 08, press "*" to confirm, and then press "#" to return. 2, delete: select set the broadcaster, and then enter the delete the broadcaster, and then operate according to the function key displayed on the display screen, you can also directly select all delete. (The system will reset automatically if no operation is performed within 5 seconds)
2.3 Nursing level setting:
Select the menu to enter the system Settings, and then enter the special care Settings, select the sub-menu you want to set, such as: Set 08 bed as first level care, and then delete. 1, increase: Select the primary care Settings, then enter the primary care increase, and then use the main phone to type 08, press "*" to confirm, "#" to return. 2, delete: Select the primary care Settings, and then enter the primary care delete, and then operate according to the function key displayed on the display screen, you can also directly select all delete. (Set the bed light corresponding to the first level of care to be red, set the second level of care light to be green, set the third level of care light to be yellow, delete the light off. 2.4 Setting Ringing Music:
Select the menu to enter the ringtone setting, select the ringing music, (including 1, alarm number: voice alarm number; 2, music 1: chord ringtone; 3. Music II; A chord ringtone; 4, music three: chord ringtone; 5, music four: chord ringtone; 6, Music five: chord ringtone;) Confirm your selection and return. 2.5 Time Setting:
Select the menu to enter the system maintenance, select set time, and then adjust according to the corresponding function keys displayed on the display screen. What you need is year/month/day, time and week.
2.6 Extension volume Settings:
Select the menu to enter the ringtone setting, select the extension volume, and then operate according to the corresponding function key displayed on the display screen
2.7 Setting the Ringing Volume:
Select the menu to enter the ringtone setting, select the voice volume, and then operate according to the corresponding function key displayed on the display screen.
2.8 Factory Settings:
Select the menu to enter system maintenance, and select Factory Settings to restore factory Settings. Note: After the factory Settings are restored, the ringing music is the alarm number, the host volume is three levels, the extension volume is three levels, the LCD contrast is 50, and other data is not lost.
2.9 Contrast Settings:
Select the menu to enter system maintenance, select contrast Settings, and perform operations according to the function keys displayed on the display screen.
(3) Extension function and status Settings
1. The extension is located in each bed and toilet, and has a handle, the main functions are call, intercom, listen to music and radio.
(4) Corridor display function
As shown in the following figure, the corridor display screen is generally installed in the corridor to facilitate the observation of nurses or doctors on duty in the corridor.
1. When the hospital bed calls, the extension number can be displayed;
2. When multiple hospital beds call, the extension number is displayed in a cycle;
3, double-sided display, can display up to 3 digits extension number;
4. When no call is made, the time is displayed.
(5) Bathroom emergency button
The bathroom emergency button is installed in the bathroom for emergency calls in emergencies, with an indicator light and emergency call function, and can be associated with the extension.
