The system is based on the existing network environment of the hospital and fully utilizes the hospital's existing information platform. It adopts a centralized control and unified management method to transmit multimedia information such as video and audio signals, images, and scrolling subtitles to the display terminal through the network platform. It plays high-definition digital signals and can effectively cover various crowded places in the hospital, including the lobby, inpatient department, waiting area, treatment area, pharmacy, elevator room, passage, etc. The system can publish real-time registration information, medical information, hospital introduction, doctor introduction, and other important information to help patients better understand the hospital, which is the key to improving the hospital's management level and image.
The system can communicate with the hospital's HIS PACS and LIS systems establish data interfaces (which can also be used independently), using LCD all-in-one playback terminals, department guidance displays, medical education displays, and other functions.
The system is equipped with a unified operation and maintenance management platform, which can manage the medical equipment of the entire hospital, including system configuration, equipment attributes, equipment access authentication and authorization, and other management. This platform can monitor the operating status of devices in real time, provide device information, online real-time detection, automatic inspection, and fault and offline alarms. The backend of the nurse station system software will prompt faults in a timely manner for easy debugging and repair. The operation and maintenance platform supports online upgrade management services, and can also connect to the cloud management platform to achieve remote management, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and upgrade services for hospital information publishing systems and equipment.

System design scheme

This system is an information publishing system based on IP network architecture.

1. Scheme Description
The information publishing system adopts a two-level management architecture of hospital level management and outpatient area management. The outpatient area adopts a distributed structure to achieve centralized authorization and hierarchical management. The system supports at least three-level management of hospitals, departments, and clinics.
The hospital level management system is integrated with the information publishing system platform, including the integration of system interface software with the hospital's existing HIS/LIS/PACS system, to obtain hospital information and doctor related information, and publish them on the hospital information screen.
As the core and window of the intelligent information publishing system, the hospital lobby should ideally set up a vertical information screen for publishing hospital and doctor information.
Install a doctor scheduling screen at the hospital nurse station, so that patients can understand the working hours of department doctors.
Install a health education information screen in the waiting area to enable patients to easily understand health information.
The elevator hall is used to display hospital promotional information and is a professional LCD display with network playback function. This device is equipped with a network media playback terminal, integrated design, automatic timing on/off, and offers various sizes and styles for easy installation and application in different areas of the hospital.
If the hospital already has an LCD TV, the system can provide an independent multimedia information publisher to display the content that needs to be played in real time, and receive data and signals from the network.

System Function Introduction

Outpatient triage information and educational programs can be combined and broadcasted on the same screen, achieving unified and centralized transmission of outpatient information and educational programs. Patients and their families who are waiting can understand their queuing information through the display screen, while also learning about health, medical and other program content, alleviating the anxious waiting mood of family members.

2. Simultaneously publishing medical queuing information and message systems
The message information is displayed in a timely manner below the TV screen through subtitle scrolling. Release important news and notifications within the hospital at any time to enhance communication with patients and their families.

3. Release of doctor scheduling information
The scheduling screen is installed in the nurse stations or waiting halls of various departments, updating the work schedules of doctors and nurses on a regular basis, so that patients can timely understand the working hours of medical staff and better arrange their visit time.
