Solution for Hospital Intelligent Infusion System
The intelligent infusion system is an important component of the Mingke Medical IoT platform. Based on the medical wireless Internet of Things platform, the application layer relies on the Internet of Things data engine and the Internet of Things integration platform. The transmission layer combines the Internet of Things base station with the wireless Internet of Things platform, and each ward and ward can achieve complete coverage of Internet of Things signals. The intelligent infusion alarm terminal serves as the perception layer of the intelligent infusion system, sensing the infusion status of each bed in real time.
Simplify the operation steps without interfering with the daily infusion process of nursing staff, and cooperate with the alarm linkage of the nurse's wristband to achieve safety monitoring of the infusion process, ensuring complete infusion.

|
Infusion completion alarm
|
When the infusion stops, the alarm will be triggered through multiple terminals and methods such as the nurse station screen, nurse wristbands, and equipment, reminding medical staff to handle it in a timely manner
|
|
Infusion completed and stuck
|
When the infusion stops, the equipment automatically blocks the infusion tube to prevent blood reflux
|
|
Real time monitoring
|
Monitor the entire infusion process and provide sound and light prompts for abnormal situations

System advantages
The intelligent infusion system product fully considers the work characteristics of doctors and nurses, and follows the "people-oriented" design concept in both hardware and software design, striving to create a perfect and humanized medical information product. The system has the following advantages:
1. Easy to operate: Starting from not interfering with the daily usage habits of nurses, simplifying the design and process, and having a high willingness for clinical use;
2. Multi terminal alarm: After the infusion is completed, the intelligent infusion alarm terminal can provide voice broadcasting and audio-visual prompts. At the same time, the infusion screen, nurse workstation, and nurse wristband can all provide alarm prompts to remind nurses to handle it in a timely manner;
3. Timely alarm: At the same time, when the infusion is completed and the liquid reaches the bottleneck, the auxiliary control of the infusion alarm terminal can immediately block the infusion tube to prevent blood backflow caused by the failure to timely remove the needle after infusion, leaving sufficient time for nurses to replace the bottle or remove the needle, improving clinical satisfaction and reducing doctor-patient disputes;
4. Long usage time: The intelligent infusion alarm terminal adopts a rechargeable lithium battery design, which can work continuously for more than 6 months. It can be fixed on the infusion frame with an anti-theft lock, which can be used at any time, greatly reducing the risk of loss and eliminating the need for separate storage, solving the worries of nurses.
System topology diagram
The system structure is shown in the figure. The intelligent infusion alarm terminal transmits wireless signals through a Bluetooth base station, which forwards the data to the server. The server processes the data and finally displays business data and functions through the nurse station host and intelligent monitoring screen.

Process Description
1. Bind the intelligent infusion alarm terminal with the bed, and one bed can be bound to multiple devices;
2. Hang the infusion bottle on the hook of the host machine;
3. Medical staff complete daily infusion procedures (three checks and seven pairs, air discharge, needle insertion, and speed regulation);
4. Remove the auxiliary control from the host and install it above the infusion drip bucket, which can be fixed on the infusion tube;
5. When the infusion is completed, the system will give an alarm for the end of infusion, and the auxiliary control can also block the infusion tube to prevent blood return;
6. If it is necessary to replace the infusion bottle, insert the infusion set back into the new infusion bottle and hang it on the hook of the infusion host;
7. Press the button to restore the auxiliary control to its initial position, and a new infusion process can begin;
8. If there is no need for infusion, press the button to restore the auxiliary control to its initial position and place it back on the host.
